Please keep in mind that our Payday Advances are entered into on ‘Good Faith’.  What that means is that we take you at your word that you will make all the payments as arranged.  What that also means is that we have the right to pursue all matters through the legal process via the court system.  However, we will try our best to work with you to clear up any outstanding balances because the last thing we want is for one our services to have a lasting impact on you.

 

                            PAYMENT PLAN 

At SimplyCash we offer a unique and exclusive payment plan option for anyone that has defaulted or has had court action taken against them.  This payment plan will allow you to make payments that are feasible for you, while at the same time removing your account from collections by treating it as an active account.  This means that your account will not be sent to the court and any and all court proceedings will be suspended and will eventually be cancelled upon completion of the payment plan.
